Old Time Dance at The Barnacle

Kick up your heels as Lou Dow calls the steps at The Barnacle Historic State Park on Sunday, September 23 from 6:30 – 10 p.m. Gate opens at 6. Dance traditional American contras, squares, circles, and waltzes. Instruction is included and beginners are welcome. A partner is not required. The cost for the evening is $10 per person; children under 10 are free.

 The Barnacle, built in 1891, is the oldest house in Miami in its original location. The home of Coconut Grove pioneer Ralph Middleton Munroe is now a FloridaState Park and is located at 3485 Main Highway in downtown Coconut Grove across from the Coconut Grove Playhouse.
